RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process:
- All apparel products are made on order and can be returned or exchanged with any other products on the website within 4 days of delivery. You may request exchange based on your store credit.
- Every handloom piece is made differently and every transit impacts its freshness and life. To respect the hard work of the craftsmen, kindly only request a return if you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product.
- All products in the accessories category are made on order and can be returned or exchanged with any other products on the website within 4 days of delivery. You may request exchange based on your store credit.
- All products in the home category cannot be returned or exchanged for any other products on the website in case of damage. Since these products are made on order, they are not eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for any damage that happens in transit and the cost will not be borne by Reshmi Pitara.
- All products on clearance are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Actual colour of products may vary compared to what you see on your electronic screen due to respective screen resolution/colour.
REFUND POLICY
All our products undergo rigorous quality checks. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product please email us on info@reshmipitara.com or orders@reshmipitara.com within 48 hours of delivery along with order details and pictures of the product.
We offer a 100% replacement or money back guarantee for products that are received in damaged condition. If you don’t like the product or colour, we will exchange it for you as per the products described above.
CANCELLATION

SHIPPING POLICY
- At Reshmi Pitara, we take great care in delivering your products to you, by partnering with only reputed national couriers.
- Shipping on all our products is FREE all over India.
- As our products are handcrafted and made on order, they will be shipped within 10-15 days.
- Delivery of hand-embroidered products will vary in time depending on the detailing and intricacy in its craftsmanship. Please check the shipping specified in the description of individual products before ordering.
